**Scoring Instructions:**
1. Evaluate each category based on the description provided.
2. Assign a score of 0, 1, or 2 for each category:

3. Sum up the scores from all seven categories.
4. The maximum possible score is 14 points.
5. A higher score indicates better alignment with student data privacy best practices and regulations.
